TERMS OF SERVICE
Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd when Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd does not allow any of the following content to be included in websites hosted by or otherwise under the control of Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of the laws of the United Kingdom or any country within the European Union.
Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act and operates a strict privacy policy in respect of all personal data obtained and managed on behalf of client companies. Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd unreservedly retains the right to withdraw or suspend all or part of its services in respect of any client company found to be using personal data otherwise than in a lawful and ethical manner.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
All accounts are set up on a basis agreed between the client and Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd. and payment will normally be required by invoice to the client. Payment is normally due each anniversary year or month following the date the account was established. All payment is in UK sterling.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment of invoices may be made via direct debit, bank transfer or cheque and will be due within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of service. If a customer contravenes Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Customers may cancel their account at any time.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd website services to the client (2) any material supplied by the client infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to a customer from Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd operated client websites.

DISCLAIMER
Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd will not be responsible for any damages a client's business may suffer. Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd and its employees. Neutrino Marketing and Design Ltd reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
